Our engagement story began one lovely night in February. We went to dinner at the Outback Steakhouse that we used to work at and reminisced about the good ol' days over a plate of cheese fries. We continued our stroll through old town Scottsdale until we ended up at the Hyatt at Gainey Village. We walked around the beautiful grounds until we arrived at a familiar spot. On our 6 month dating anniversary, Casey uttered those three magic words to Julie that start with an "I" and end with a "u" in that very spot while gazing at the stars in a hammock. Flash forward about three and a half years and there we were again. This time Casey got down on one knee and popped the question!
